Libby Majewski

Executive Director
Elizabeth "Libby" is a graduate of Villanova University and is currently completing her Master of Public Administration at Rutgers University. She has over 25 years of experience working with diverse populations, and she is fully committed and enthusiastic about helping families who have been affected by substance use disorder. As a lifelong resident of Burlington County, Libby seeks to improve the quality of life for all who reside here. 

Marc Romano

Director of Operations
​Marc has been with Prevention Plus since the fall of 2015. He was the coordinator of the Burlington County Coalition for Healthy Communities before his current role where he expanded the reach and capacity of the coalition to help achieve positive substance use outcomes among BurlCo residents of all ages. He has been involved with prevention work for over 15 years, starting as a REBEL2 member in middle school and continuing to advocate for tobacco-free youth throughout his school years and more recently at Prevention Plus as the Incorruptible.Us Youth Tobacco Action Group Coordinator. He continues to be passionate about achieving the mission of Prevention Plus in a holistic and culturally responsive way.     
Joseph M. Conlin

Director of Community Relations
Joe is the former Chief of Police of Pemberton Boro Police Department. Prior to that role he worked for the Edgewater Park and Burlington Twp Police departments. During his twenty-five-year law enforcement career he served as an Investigator,  DARE Officer, Public Information Officer, and as President of the Burlington County Chiefs of Police Association. In March 2009, Joe was hired by Prevention Plus as a coalition coordinator of the Burlington County Coalition for Healthy Communities and then subsequently the Riverfront Coalition in Burlington City.  Joe has become an expert in current drug trends and is often called upon to conduct community awareness events or media interviews related to substance use. In the summer of 2021, he was promoted to his current position where he supervises community outreach, fundraising and large-scale events. 

Katie Patrick

​Prevention Specialist

Katie is a graduate of College Misericordia (University) with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Minor in Child Welfare. Katie has worked in the prevention field for 16 years and has been with Prevention Plus since January of 2012. Katie specializes in working with Elementary and Middle School youth with Evidence Based Programs. Through her work, she has impacted many children and families throughout Burlington County. Katie continuously strives to make a difference in the lives of children and families​.
Ron Ritter

​Prevention Specialist

 Ron joined Prevention Plus in August 2021. Ron recently retired after a 25-year law enforcement career with the Evesham Township Police Department. He retired as a bureau commander at the rank of Lieutenant. Ron has experience with community outreach as he was instrumental in the creation of the department’s community policing unit. Ron has a bachelor’s degree from Rowan University in Law/Justice and is pursuing his master’s degree at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Ron instructs the agency’s evidence-based programs and is responsible for the Youth Partnership for Success Grant programming.
Samantha Martine

Samantha graduated from Montclair State University with a Bachelors in Exercise Science in 2016 and from Rowan University with a Masters in Wellness and Lifestyle Management in 2018. Her past work experiences include working in diverse populations and helping the community. She strives to continue creating a safe and healthy community for all to live in. 

​Kayla Kilpatrick

Prevention Hub Coordinator and Social Media Coordinator
Kayla is a graduate of Monmouth University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and Rowan University where she earned her Master’s degree in Counseling in Educational Settings. Prior to joining Prevention Plus, Kayla worked for the Southampton School District. She has an expertise in youth social media platforms and is assigned as the agency’s social media programming coordinator. Kayla comes from a Military Family and assists with program delivery & outreach to that special population.
Kelsey Moss

Coalition and Community Relations Support Staff
Kelsey is a graduate of Rowan College at Burlington County where she earned an Associate's degree in Human Services. She currently serves as the President for The National Society of Leadership and Success and is continuing towards a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Kelsey is a person in long term-recovery that is dedicated to helping those that are still suffering from SUD and its effects. Enthusiastic about her community, the lifelong county resident served as a volunteer for the Burlington County Coalition for Healthy Communities and the Riverfront Coalition since 2018. She completed her internship with Prevention Plus in 2019 and is excited to work alongside the Prevention Plus team and its goals to improve the lives of Burlington County residents.

Prevention Specialist
​Hunter is a graduate of Rowan University with a Bachelor's in Psychology from Rowan College at Burlington County’s (RCBC) 3+1 Program. Hunter has experience in team and personal building as she was the Networking Team Leader for the RCBC’s National Society for Leadership & Success (NSLS) program. Prior to joining the Prevention Plus team, she worked at RCBC’s Public Safety Department as a communications officer for 3 years. This prior experience has developed her skills to listen to others and learn important communication styles. She enjoys the ability to be a positive part of a person’s day and has a passion to ensure that the community is a safe and welcoming place for all ages.
